Question:
Does APEX do customized video training?

Answer:
Yes. We partner with several established video production firms to produce creative, economical and effective training programs on video medium.

Question:
What is the best training delivery medium for me?

Answer:
The training medium accomplishes your training objectives. We have found that many companies struggle with choices between Computer-based training vs. video training platforms. The proper platform for you is dependent upon several factors, including your technology environment, the audience, past training practices and management preferences. These considerations should be evaluated in conjunction with an effective instructional design process before deciding on a medium.

Question:
APEX marketing materials describe services that I’m not sure fit my specific needs. Do you only offer these solutions?

Answer:
No. Our expertise rests in applying performance improvement experience to your specific challenge. Our services are representative solutions but are not force fitted to each client. Instead, our consultants assess your specific need and recommend solutions based on many interrelated factors.

Question:
How do I know if Computer-based Training (CBT) is right for me?

Answer:
There are many benefits to CBT programs and they have proven to be excellent solutions however, CBT is definitely not appropriate for all situations. Many factors come into play in evaluating this medium and approach such as the background of the audience, training objectives, fluidity of the subject matter and the number of trainees. If you’re just getting your feet wet with CBT, call APEX for a CBT toolkit that addresses many CBT considerations.

Question:
What is the difference between Training and Performance Support? What solution is best for me?

Answer:
Sometimes the differences are minor, sometimes significant, however both solutions are designed to improve employee performance. There is definitely overlap between Training solutions (e.g. self-study guide) and Performance Support solutions (e.g. user manual). For example, many of the processes used to develop the solutions are the same along with much of the content. Therefore, it is prudent to consider both alternatives and to choose the best solution. In fact, you may want to consider an integrated solution like many of our clients have successfully developed.

Question:
Do you provide consulting services that improve new business development?

Answer:
Yes. Many companies recognize the need to increase both the efficiency and effectiveness of their sales channels, a.k.a. increase profitable sales! The challenge is to detect the root problem(s) and not symptoms in order to implement the right solutions. Is your new business development under-performing because of a lack of training, the wrong sales representative, improper pricing, and/or channel conflicts, etc.? Call APEX to give you the jump-start you need.

Question:
Do you help clients with new system implementations?

Answer:
We do not provide system integration services. We do provide services that improve your return on new technology investment. Many companies underestimate the user side of technology investment. We’have helped clients increase their ROTI by implementing performance improvement solutions that increased employee buy-in, system utilization and the integration of the technology into their daily routines and work environment. We do however partner with several established system implementers in providing turn-key solutions and would happily recommend them to you if you are in need of front end integration help.
