Every Developer must go through a rigorous qualification process, comprised of:

  • Role plays & situation simulations
  • Mandatory continuing education in their field
  • Presentations in areas of expertise, evaluated by their peers

Only upon completing ALL of the steps above, and receiving an excellent rating on client assignments does a Developer receive and maintain the ACE status.
